The Best Massage (no) Money Can Buy
Tennis ball porcelain earrings, designed, made, and kiln-fired by Linda Cain. (Thanks, Linda, for letting me use your photo.)
The best massage that (no) money can buy is this:
Take a tennis ball.
Put it on hard floor.
Lay self down on tennis ball.
Move ball to relieve pressure points.
This works so, so well and feels like a deep massage.
It works best on a hard floor.
Body work I want to try: rolfing. It sounds like a really, really deep massage, which I love.
